My top-tier client is looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its award-winning team.

Title: Commercial Litigation Solicitor
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000
Contract: Full-time, permanent (hybrid available)
Location: Essex

Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Litigation Solicitor:

• Provide strategic legal advice to clients.
• Assess the strengths and weaknesses of cases.
• Develop strong tactical litigation strategies.
• Manage relationships with third parties, shareholders, and employees.
• Protect client assets and negotiate financing agreements.
• Attend mediation and settlement meetings.
• Issue court proceedings and handle disclosure and witness statements.
• Prepare trial bundles and court documentation.
