BCL is working with this international law firm, recruiting a 3+ commercial disputes solicitor to join its team in Manchester. The firm is renowned for its family friendly culture and will also consider flexible / hybrid working options.

The role
Working as part of a leading commercial disputes team alongside a Partner recognised as a leading individual
Handling a broad range of commercial disputes on behalf of corporate clients to include complex litigation both in the UK and internationally
Caseload will include contract disputes, warranty claims , shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims, fraud, IP and tech disputes
Assisting across the team as well as handling matters independently

Requirements
E& W qualified solicitor
Proven background in commercial disputes with a recognised team
3 PQE +
