An opportunity for a commercial disputes solicitor to join this very highly regarded national firm. The role will have a focus on procurement matters, advising the largest public sector bodies and leading suppliers.

The role
Providing support and advice in relation to public procurement law to clients including central and local government, national agencies, NHS bodies, education institutions, charities and utility companies, as well as suppliers to the public sector and utilities from SMEs to PLCs
Involvement in aspects of procurement disputes and contentious advisory work, for both procuring entities and suppliers.
Working closely with a highly respected Partner
Help to supervise other more junior members of the team

Requirements
A minimum of 6 PQE
Experience gained in a recognised team with a proven track record in high level procurement disputes work
Proven experience of business development
