Our client is a prominent and dynamic legal firm located in the heart of the City of London, renowned for their commitment to excellence and innovation. The Commercial team is expanding, and they are seeking a dedicated and skilled Commercial Associate to join their practice.

As a Commercial Associate, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services to a diverse portfolio of clients. Your responsibilities will include handling a range of commercial contracts, advising on transactions, and providing strategic legal guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise clients on a broad spectrum of commercial contracts and transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including supply contracts, distribution agreements, and service contracts.
- Provide legal support on corporate governance and compliance matters.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored legal solutions.
- Manage complex legal issues and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Support senior lawyers and contribute to the development of the department's practice.

Key Requirements:

- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 2-5 years PQE in commercial law.
- Proven experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- A proactive and client-focused approach to legal practice.
