A leading client is seeking a talented Civil Litigation Solicitor to become part of its distinguished team.

Title: Civil Litigation Solicitor
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000
Contract: Full-time, permanent (hybrid available)
Location: Essex

Key Responsibilities of the Civil Litigation Solicitor:

• Provide expert legal advice on civil disputes.
• Assess the strengths and weaknesses of cases.
• Develop effective litigation strategies.
• Manage relationships with clients, third parties, and other stakeholders.
• Represent clients in court and at mediation sessions.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Prepare for and attend trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes amicably.
