Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice on a range of banking and finance matters.
Assist in drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documents, and other financial instruments.

Requirements:

Newly qualified solicitor (or soon to be qualified) with a strong interest in banking and finance law.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
