Adult Social Care Lawyer

Sellick Partnership are currently working with a well-respected local authority that are seeking an Adult Social Care Lawyer to join on a locum basis in the Midlands for up to 30 hours per week.

The successful Adult Care Lawyer will be required to take on a mixed caseload which may include matters such as:

• Safeguarding
• Mental health
• Advocacy
• COP Litigation
• General queries
• 21 A's

This position can offer complete remote working for the duration of the placement, and they are also open to hybrid working if it is preferred to attend the office. In-person hearings would be a bonus to the organisation, however, candidates that would need remote hearings due to the location are still encouraged to apply.
