A great opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor to join a Legal 500 leading law firm in Bournemouth.

You will be advising developers and landowners generally on land development, strategic issues, and structuring transactions. You will also advise on commercial landlord & tenant matters.

You will be working in a fast-moving and specialist sector, previous property experience is required, preferably carrying out fee-earning work for property developers as part of a team dedicated to dealing with development and commercial property work.
