PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR

Well-established firm in the heart of South West London who act as trusted advisers to individuals, families, trustees, family or owner run businesses and companies that are run both in the UK and abroad. Due to the age and the history of their firm they place a strong emphasis on maintaining close long-term relationships with clients and families.  In many cases they have worked for these families for three or four generations.  They work to provide practical advice and commercial solutions for a wide variety of tax, trust and estate planning situations that arise.

The firm are looking to recruit someone with experience in all aspects of Private Client work.  Ideally you will have experience in dealing with vulnerable persons, court of protection, deputyship orders, succession and estate planning, estate planning documents, probate, cross-border estate planning and cross-border probate and tax and all elements of trusts and estates work.  Being able to speak a foreign language would also be an advantage to assist with the cross-border issues that arise.

They are looking for a Private Client Solicitor of 4 – 6 years qualified for this role.

This role is client focussed and the applicant should have excellent communication and client care skills.
