ABOUT US PERSONAL IMMIGRATION Our core personal immigration services cover the full spectrum of UK immigration categories. These include, but are not limited to, advising on UK visit visas and the points-based system, as well as innovator, start-up, spouse, fiancé, cohabitating partners applications, and immigration appeals. The team has extensive expertise in working with clients to find the best strategies for them to relocate to the UK, and assist with in-country switch applications, extension applications, applications for Indefinite Leave to Remain, and nationality applications. Our experts offer a bespoke service with the aim of making the process as pain free and straightforward as possible. CORPORATE IMMIGRATION The corporate immigration team advises national and international corporates on Sponsor Licenses, Skilled Worker Licences, and Temporary Workers applications. Alongside visa applications, the team also advises corporates on right to work checks and provides human resources strategy and support where and when required. COMPLEX IMMIGRATION We also have a dedicated team specialising in the more complex of human rights and asylum claims (private only), defending extradition requests, and applying to the European Court of Human Rights and applications for annulment at the General Court of the EU in respect to sanctions imposed by the Council of the EU.
